How does copyright work? Do I own the images I create?

• Yes, per our terms of service: "(ii) you own all Assets you create with the Services and (iii) we hereby assign to you all rights, title and interest in and to such Assets for your personal or commercial use.”

How does your pricing work?

• Playground has 3 pricing options - Free, Pro and Dall-E 2 Pro. Further details are available here. Paid plans are priced in U.S. Dollars.
• With the Free plan, you’re able to create up to 1,000 images per day (rate limited after 1,000), but only one image at a time. The Free plan only supports Stable Diffusion, not Dall-E 2.
• Our Pro plan ($15/month) allows you to create 2,000 images per day with fewer rate limits. You’ll have no limits on quality and details (steps) and receive priority customer support, as well as access to upcoming Pro features. The Pro plan only supports Stable Diffusion, not Dall-E 2.
• Our Dall-E 2 add on allows you to generate 800 Dall-E 2 images/month for $10/month. The plan can be purchased in increments of 800 images/month, with a max of 8,000 images/month. It does not include Pro features.

Can I pay through other means besides credit card (e.g., Paypal)?

• Right now, we only accept credit cards, though we expect we’ll expand payment options in the future. If you desire a particular payment option, please notify us in the feedback channel on our Discord or alternatively, send a message to us by selecting the Request Help button in your Profile Icon, with the request.

Why can’t Dall-E 2 generations be free like they used to?
